We are committed to sustainable and organic farming
practices which means our olives are grown the way nature intended, NO
synthetic fertilisers, herbicides, pesticides or chemicals are used.
Our soil
fertility is maintained by using organic manures and mulch from the olive tree
prunings.
Adjoining the Monga State Conservation Area gives our
property a natural vibrancy. We co-exist with an abundance of native wildlife
& vegetation.
